Hi all,
tonight I had a dream and half awoke from it. I told myself to go back into the dream scenery and have an LD, but I guess I was a little too awake for that, lingering somewhere in between. However, I started having some exit sensations, floating, vibration and fear again. I felt like I was surrounded by electrical field, it was quite unpleasant, in fact, made me somewhat dizzy.
Has anybody felt it?
I went back to sleep, no OBE again... Woke up in the morning and new that something strange had happened at night, just could not remember until I read somebodies post here abt LD and then I remembered everything

Yes I have felt it, these are the exit sensations you feel prior to an OBE, try not to fear them as they wont harm you- just go with it and you should kind of float out of your body.
I`m trying, but it is so hard to get over fear, or most times the sensations just go away and that`s it.
Theres not much more I can say, you probably will have to overcome the fear before you make a successful projection otherwise you will snap back into your body.
Maybe you could try Frank's Phasing model as an alternative way to achieve these experiences?
I must admit I have endured some serious pain due to vibrations in the past. They can really be a killer, but just focus on them and before you know it BAM your floating in the air on a fluid sea of OBE'ness. Its 100% worth it.
yhickfoe,
Thanks. I know i have to get rid of fear, but it is kind of automatic and irrational. I`m working on it.
knightlight,
Wow, sounds inspiring. I don`t know why I have not been able to get past these exit symptoms, but I have had some interesting experiences. It`s an exciting journey. I`m on of those pp, however,l who make one huge step forward and then three even huger steps back.
