YES if you think it was an Obe then it was. Whether something is a lucid dream or OBE its all the same. It doesn't matter what the terminology is if it felt real to you and you enjoyed the experience then thats all that matters. Doesnt matter if it was more a dream then a obe. or more of a astral projection ... all means the same thing.... an awsome experience. That is the wisdom which takes people billions of years to realise. Words dont matter, the experience does. Hence the purpose of life... experience life to the fullest with no regrets and better oneself.

You're Wrong.
Lucid dreams are something created by your mind, you may see stuff created by yourself, you can also OOBE while dreaming. OOBES Are real and its possible to meet someone who is dreaming while you're OOB.
And its not wisdom saying its all the same thing, you are just closing your mind and confusing things up and blocking the road for new wisdom to come to you.
Understanding Lucid dreams will help you reach Astral projection.
And Lucid dreams and OOBES are 2 different experiences, really different to confuse them both.

Response. Whats your mind? Your soul. So since ur mind creates dreams and a dream is an experience so is the same for OOBE.

R.  I never said it wasnt real. What is real? The only thing REAL is experiences. Terms dont matter physical matter doesnt matter. The only REAL thing is the experience and thats all thats left over. And meeting someone while your OOB is an experience and so thats real and all that matters.

R. Isnt limiting yourself to terminology and/or  Only a OOBE or only a lucid dream the thing blocking you off? If you experience everything the same... as an experience then theres no limit to where you can go and no limit to whats real. What if there is something beyond OOE? You cant get there cause all you care about is only OOBE or Only lucid dreaming cause thats all you know about.. BUT if you open yourself up to all EXPERIENCES then you can go far.

A. True, but wouldnt you Agree that understanding experiences will help you reach new and better experiences which are even better than astral projection?

A. Confuse them both? Its all comming from the same source your mind and soul. Your mind and soul is capable of all kinds of things such as projection, remote viewing, phychic powers etc. And what do all these have in common? They are all experiences which your soul has the power to create for you into reality.
