Lucid Dream Projections

I was hoping someone would have tips and techniques for inducing OBE while lucid dreaming.  I've had many lucid dreams and in them I am completely in control of my flying, walking through walls, etc... it's effortless.  But in them I think "how can I have an OBE"? and can't do anything.  There have been times when I have attempted it and began spinning up and out of control, but then I just wake up, or go back to the lucid dream.  I cannot have a fully concious OBE from this stage.  Are there any techniques that can be done WITHIN the dream that would induce and OBE without waking myself up?
