So my wife and I came home from a long trip and we decided to take a nap since we were both tired. I started to relax and I could vividly remember feeling my body going to sleep because every time I exhaled in my breathing I would feel this pressure like when the vibrations would start to come but it was only that brief time while exhaling.

Every time I exhaled the sensation felt stronger and stronger and I knew my body was going to sleep while my mind was well aware and the funny thing is that the TV was very loud but it didn't bother me at all. I knew I was going to get to the point where I would be able to have a phasing because that is what I wanted.

I started to see sparks of light in front of me, so I knew I was closer and closer and all of a sudden my wife moved me saying "hey honey do you want the TV off" I was really ticked off  :x. I knew I was about to have a phasing and in a second it was gone. Well I will try again tonight and hopefully I will achieve it.

I have that problem with my cats.

I'll be right on the verge and then BAM! cats decide to run across the bed in a frantic race to see who can get to the window first.  I've got scars on my legs from them using my legs for leverage.  And of course I hear it coming, but i'm deep in trance and am hoping that they choose not to jump on me so i stay still and wait.  And of course they jump on me everytime.

I also have the opposite happen occasionally.  One of them (or both) will decide its time to take a nap with daddy and will pick a nice spot right between my legs to lay down.  They'll stretch around a bit, claw my legs a bit and pretty much ruin whatever trance I had.

Whenever I try to shut the door to keep them out the little lady yells at me because the only way they can get to the litter box in through the bedroom.

women and cats, the downfall of modern society.  :x

 jk

Hahaha!  You can husband's to that list.  I used to swear that my husband had some kind of radar that switched on the minute I started relaxing myself.  And I had issues with my cats as well.  I was stretching into a small tv that appeared next to my bed one morning and my torso was almost all the way in when my cat literally jumped on my legs.  They were put out of the room after that. :)    I have to believe that cats or I guess most animals can see some kind of energy that's very tempting for them to chase.
