Am I awake? I thought I had died.

Has anyone ever seen the movie Waking Life?

Where the guy is dreaming, wakes up, just to rediscover he has ben dreaming?

Well That was my night, after waking up to expel excess body fluids (after 4 am) I went back to sleep.

That night I was using some crystals to charge energy, while doing some deep breathing. And then the dreams started.

One of them I was in a class room with fear mongering teachers, DON'T LEAVE THIS CLASS ROOM EVER!

But I left anyway and found myself in a gymnasium, where I just played with astral physics before looking at my hands to see them melt (as many people have suggested)

This tripped me out and I thought I woke up, just to walk around my house and see the digital clock read some impossible time.

I then found myself at a chinese restaurant and I wanted to just like go inside and enjoy chinse food (my strict diet in the physical forbids me from ever eating chinese food, so to me it seemed like something dream worthy)

But then the ideas and convictions I have built in this life even stopped me from going into this pleasant looking chinese restaurant (Oh, I am not dressed in proper attire_ while trying to change my appearance through thought I woke up.

Just to find myself dreaming again. This time I felt something dragging along my neck when I got out of bed, like a long chain of beads or something and I had to kinda struggle to get them off. So none of these things seem really significant, and it's weird with each false awakening I hungered more for the physical world (the grass is always greener?)

I considered the possibility that I had died and maybe that's why I could not awaken.

I also noticed I had a hard time managing sight at times, while other times it seemed to bee so crystal and dynamic

It was quite an experience. I wish I took advantage of the experience to learn more, but I guess that just leaves more room to for next time. ;)

Thanks for reading and any feedback is appreciated. Specifically what I want to know is how to improve my control over these experiences, and what are some things I should be doing in the astral realm as a Beginner?

I mean naturally I have some desires, such as to travel through the world and time, fly, and all of that. But it seems like when I thought of those things in my dream I would either wake up or it would have no effect.
