Alright so I have only been practicing astral projection for about four days and i skeptical at first, but after I reached the vibrational state on my first time, I was like OMG! But, I've noticed I only get vibrations no my feet and sometimes my whole leg starts shaking violently, but my torso and head never shake. I also never hear the roaring noises that people talk about. Can someone help me out?

I'm assuming the violent shaking is percieved and not physical? It sounds like you were well into a trance and as the party was getting started, so to speak, you got too excited. I'm hesitant about calling what you experienced pre-projection vibrations though.

I dont know, my vibrations are limited to my feet and legs not my upper body. However, I can control the intensity of the vibrations in my legs also my eyes flicker sometimes dont know what that means. I got excited first time but almost never get excited. I get to the vibrations but cant seperate.

what method are you using to obtain vibrations, because I went to lie down on my bed one night and I used the method known as mind awake body asleep where you close your eyes and imagine your mind an orange neon light and your body to be a blue neon light and as your orange light comes into your thoughts say in your mind mind awake and for the blue say body asleep and I felt like shrinking and then I felt like I was levitating just below the ceiling but I opened my eyes and it was gone and that was my first attempt and after that I had no success so I recommend it to you it might be easier

Thanks man I try that method! I dont use a method to obtain vibes, I just relax deeply and then my feet start like twitching and my legs start vibrating

Hello.  I think you are likely very close to OBEing.  For me, I just started doing OBEs years ago without reading books.  So, I don't really know the usual techniques.  But, I think mine are similar.  Basically, I've found that the easiest time to OBE is the morning.  I find that being under light covers is best.  Definitely, comfortable.  Not too hot.  Not too cold.  Also, for me, I find that laying on my back is easiest.  I think that easy breathing positions help for me too. For example, head not tilted too far forward, but perhaps tilted back so airways are easily flowing.  Anyway, as for the vibes, for me I rarely focus on vibes.  I tend to slip out more quickly now.  Years ago, I would spend time focusing on the vibes and the whole transition feeling though.  Anyway, I would not worry about what part is vibrating, etc.  Once you have the vibes, you are likely very close.  At that instant, once you feel the vibes, try to relax and to focus on feelings of "love."  It might sound corny, but I think "love" is perhaps equal to or parallel to "accepting" the vibrations of the universe or whatever around you.   I suggest that you embrace in those feelings for a little while, perhaps 5 seconds and then try to casually lean forward.  You might expect yourself to sit up in your bed.  But, you might find that you unexpectedly find yourself in a so called OBE.  For me, I often feel the bed and room slightly, and still end up going into an OBE.  So, you might be closer than you think.  Anyway, if, by chance, you actually sit up in your bed, then you will have a kind of "landmark" for next time.  Just relax, lay back and think to relax a little deeper into it.  Abnyway, good luck.
