i had anotherone about two days ago and i couldnt move, can anyone please give me help how to move myself whilst in an OBE?
I read somewhere (rpolly oobe guide from RB) that you move without muscles. You move with your mind, say you want to move forward and just go. Try not to stress your mind out over it, just let it happen. Sorry, no firsthand experience... :D

Yep. You had an OBE. And about moving- if you mean you were frozen in paralysis, just relax and then you can move. My experience is that at first it may be hard to move, and the more you practice the easier it gets. OH! I decided that the next time I get out and I find it difficult I'll relax more (even though I'm already out) and that seems like it should work since it gets me out of paralysis.

Amazing how many people don't realize that they have had an OBE !
Once out of body then movement is entirely a mental exercise. Just stay relaxed and don't get excited and movement will be natural.

i had a dream where i was in a hospital for kids. one of the kids threw a rubber ball on the ground. It was bouncing everywhere. I suddenly heard a screaching sound and felt myself rising. When i opend my eyes i was floating around my room. i dont remember seeing my body and it only lasted about 1 minuet and it happend twice that night
