Am I projecting?

I have practicing the noticing meditation exercise and also mantra meditation, and I have experienced the following under different sessions:

- Suddenly a quick shift and I'm standing up and I'm clapping a big tree and hear the clapping sound clearly (Thats something I would do, because I like big trees :-D). It gives me instantly a chock so I'm thrown back to meditating.
- Suddenly a quick shift and I'm carrying somebody over my shoulder which gives a chock as above and I'm back meditating.
- I'm starting seeing an environment, but I'm not immersed into it but more like observing from above (a moving camera/observer), because it plays forward like a dream

How do I get rid of the shock that blasts med back?
What's about this observing state?

Thanks for your time.

I'd say you are phasing into a non-physical scenario and as you probably can tell in a pretty advanced stage by that point.

How you get rid of the shock that brings you back is to expect the results of your pratice to be what they are, there's no reason to be overexcited or fearful and all the reasons in the world to stay calm and let it happen, and if that doesn't immediatly work then I would say you just have to get used to it and keep doing whatever you're doing because it's working.

Some dreams actually play in 3rd person view, for various reason. It could be you just getting immersed into your new NP environment all the same.
Certain things you just gotta know to experience. Certain things you just gotta experience to know.

Hey DanishGuy, as said you really are very close to success.
Being zapped back will fade eventually. Stay in a more placid state if mind. Your not there until you are in the scenery and ever is synchronized.
Up to that point you need to stay relaxed and basically ignore it. The zapping will stop. If you expect the zap to occur and ruin things for you then stop dead. This is self doubt and the possible cause of it too.
Let go, relax and enjoy the developing scenery like active wallpaper.
Once you're in a surround 3D scene, go crazy to gain full awareness, slap yourself grab whatever is on the ground, spin around and DEMAND full physical awareness in this place.
I'd guess two more mins and you'd be smiling for a long time.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

These are hypnogogic images.
When this begins to happen, you're very close.  It's another one of those "signposts" we keep talking about just like the vibrations.
Just keep doing what you were doing!  You're doing good!  :)

Thank you all for the helpfull answers.
I will go back practicing using this as guidance.
And yes, I also feel like loosing awareness fast after the shift.
