I own his book "Astral Voyages", but it was so long ago that I read it that I really don't remember much about it.
I'll give it a once over tonight and let you know my opinion of him.

I have lots of his books.  There's no BS if you know how to use his techniques.

All he teaches is self-hypnosis, which is in effect all that projection/phasing is. 

His techniques are pretty much phasing.  He uses common verbal hypnosis with guided imagery; phasing.

He has tons of interesting stuff that I would like to explore on the other hand many of his claims are not believable to me.  Such as he can teach you to teleport??  If this was true wouldn't he record it, win a noble prize and have his name next to guys like Albert Einstein in the science books.

Does he talk about teleportation in the Phase or does he mean teleporting in the physical realm?  If it is the latter then I understand your scepticism.  It is justified.

 This guy sounds quite a bit like Dr. Steve G. Jones. He is a clinical Hypnotist first before anything else. He had his own OBE while in boot camp, he says everyone went to bed as usual, but after awhile he found himself up and wandering around the grounds. Which is something you don't do after lights out in the military. He said there was another Cadet that he disliked walking around as well. He realized then what was happening and in the morning he questioned the other lad, who told him then that he was wondering why Steve was in his dream. This is what truly got Dr. Steve going and was the main reason he started investigating and learning to OBE at will. Because he is a Hypnotist and very well known one, he has taken to training people to OBE using self Hypnosis, Guided Meditations etc. If you google him you will see quite a bit about him. Alot of early work can be found free on youtube. He credits Bob Monroe and Robert Bruce quite a bit.

Ahhh...intruding into other people's dreams while out-of-body.  Now this I am compelled to believe as I've had some experiences with this.  If I remember Journeys Out of the Body so did Monroe.  The Malaysian Senoi tribe are familiar with shared dreaming too and it doesn't susprise me because they grow up telling each other their dreams every morning.  I think our minds are quantum entangled.

no-one can teleport any non/physical matter in the physical world at this time frame, it's impossiable, for a number of reasons...

governments have spent godzillion dollars (shlt loads) on this to get the imformation for teleporting, people that practise the minds abilities that are in prison (jail) are often told that it is their way out...

i've had countless encounters with people asking me for this advice (teleport), wont happen i say as it's impossiable for this time frame, as they now know...

ya see all sorts of BS on TV/internet in regards to this practise being implemented now to the extent of even years ago, it's all BS, the reason being is that they (Govs etc) think they can build a processe(s)(thoughts) for this to happen, doesnt work like that for minds abilities talk BS expect BS back (noth'n)...

their is a ladder of the minds abilities and teleport is at the near end of this "Stage"...

ya have to corner the market of the minds abilities/energy "AS A WHOLE" as it takes energy and energy can saves someones life that comes first before teleport until and only when the market of minds abilities/energy is cornered "AS A WHOLE" (it's not...YET, will be)...

I went to a presentation that he gave. I have never had a conscious OBE yet. But, I came very close. He guided the entire audience. The only problem was that one of my shoulders wasn't relaxed enough. I literally felt my projectable double trying to rip itself from my body, but the tension in my shoulder was too much, so I didn't have the experience. So, I believe he can make people have OBE's via self-hypnosis. However, I doubt some of his other claims.

At the moment, I am doing the MAP workbook and CD companion combined. I'm on day 34. No OBE yet, but I am having some memories come back to me. I tried MAP in the past but never got past day 15. However, the last time I did it, I had a remote viewing experience and saw faces through my third eye. I haven't had that happen to me yet either. Nonetheless, I am enthusiastic about the notion of having an OBE and this time I am deciding to follow through on it. Sorry. Just had to get that out of my system.

I don't see why its not possible to physically teleport one's physical body. Here on the physical plane we are just at a lower dimensional frequency than the RTZ. Obviously it would be more difficult, but definitely not impossible. People tend to think that our physical plane is SO dramatically different than the RTZ/Astral. We exist here in manifested forms of our higher selves. On the RTZ there is still a slight amount of difficulty in teleporting (because it is close to the base/physical level). In the astral, and other higher frequency  realms, teleportation (and any sort of manifestation) becomes natural and easy.

If the intent is great enough here on the physical, yes, it would be possible to teleport. I'm sure it has been done before, and I give Dr. Bruce Goldberg the benefit of the doubt when he explains his experiences.

Dr. Goldberg has some very interesting theories, and in my opinion his books should be part of every AP-ers bookshelf.

it's all about energy, thats mostly soley the problem towards this, well anything really (energy)...

most people in first world countrys dont have the abilities to teleport (when the time comes) they will be the last to do this as third world countrys will be first...

if ya live in first world countrys in any comfortable position (ie. Dr etc) you donot produce the energy at a rate or quality of someone in third world liveing conditions, this is fact thats why their is third world war etc, as it all produces energy, poverty/trauma/fear all equal emotions emotions are energy the energy is used to run the worlds systems (needed), but...

this energy system has changed (transitional period) but the engines (human body/mind) remain the same (energy produceing abilities) the energy at current is not wasted from those in extreme positions but the system has the abilities to change different emotions from those in extreme postions (happier=duplicate the poverty/trauma/fear type energy) to the required energy to keep the system/s running, they have the engine (more powerful)...

but the system that remains that RUNS (scripted) the way of life has yet to be changed as in it's scripts for the energy to be produced this has to be changed in order to best utilise this new way of energy, wont work otherwise contradicts each other it's happening in parts but not enough easy to do but complicated for various reasons...

i dont even know who Dr. Goldberg is or what he teaches, i know if ya going to want to learn to teleport physical matter first meaning before anyone else at the front end of it, ya look at someone that does'nt have a title like "Dr" and the sort, ya look at those in the outer regions of first world liveing conditions as it will be their little toy first, meaning if they dont want ya doing it (teleport etc) ya wont be able to, remember bigger engines = more power/abilities...

ya have to understand shlt loads to comprehend what im say'n, many understand this when considering the end(ish) of a 26,000 year cycle...hence reason for what is what at this time frame and WHO"S GOT WHAT (abilities), energy is needed to do what it is needed to do, as ya now know the main supply of energy comes from emotions we dont like, (changeable)...

thats why ya hear how terroism is their to create fear in us as it generates energy...

I really don't know where you're coming from with any of your "facts". Nobody can be 100% certain about anything. It also seems that you are going off on a tangent in your last post. Saying that third world countries produce more "energy" is absolutely preposterous. Why would you think that emotions "we don't like" is the main supply of energy?
Who is capturing said energy?
Why would negative energy be more powerful than positive energy/emotions? 
I could go on, but really- it's not worth it.

You shouldn't be so sure that your beliefs are 100% the truth and without a doubt accurate.

Keep an open mind to all possibilities. We were only talking about teleportation- teleporting one's own physical body using their intent and manifestations. Nobody could keep one from teleporting- it's not a unified energy source here, it's just the energy from within.

and not being rude but i can tell your low in awareness of the minds abilities (non/protection) as many know their are many books/Cd's on preventing psychic attacks/protection without this knowledge you can/will or be prevented from your minds abilities (CIA spend shlt loads $$$ in these fields), it's been worked on for years as in the protection (safe guard) side of things for when people start teleporting etc to prevent intrudeing on individuals/areas, some places are no go zones, how else do ya protect it?!...

one day you'll learn why...
