So, were you lucid or not?
If you were lucid, then it could be either a lucid dream or an OBE (if they are different).
Was your bedroom and the whole house as it is in "reality"?
Did you see your physical body in your bed?

Everything was as it was in "reality."  Well save for the strange blue light that was coming from my body...I had the feeling that this wasn't "normal reality" and it was confirmed when I tried to turn.  

I didn't look back at my bed to check for my physical body...

Anyway, I'm just not sure if it was an OBE or not.

Just to say again that, so far, for me, the main difference between an OBE and a LD is only the bodies separation feeling; and maybe a stronger lucidity too...  Otherwise, the rest of the expereinces look the same.

I went to sleep and "awoke" after doing some meditation and some energy bouncing techniques that Robert describes in his book.  I first noticed that things seemed to look different and a blue kind of light was coming away from my body.  I moved down the hall and then tried to turn left into the kitchen and just kept sliding straight while only facing left.  It was as if I was on ice and was just sliding in the direction of my momentum instead of turning.  
Anyway, at that point I panicked and awoke in my bed again.  

So what do you think was this an OBE, a lucid dream, or just a dream?
