Developing psychic powers thru astral projection

Energy work seems to be most effective in the physical... In fact, the energy body is pretty much (at least from the way I understand it) the part of the total self that is closest to the physical. And it is what you use to manifest psychic powers...

Development in the astral is extremely fast if you can manage to befriend advanced beings who will agree to grant you this kind of privilege. Robert Monroe's books and Rosalind McKnight's (a direct "student" of Monroe) speak of instantaneous healing, energy attunements and the like... All brought on by interactions with these beings that are aliens or advanced entities...

The overall idea, though, is that you need to cross a certain treshold in terms of the relationship between the energy body and physical consciousness. When you're out of body, you're projected outside of the physical, so the detachment might not be that beneficial to manifest psychic powers in the physical...

And of course, ultimately, there's no "quick and easy way" to acquire psychic powers... It's one of those "those who can do it, do it, those who can't, teach it" things.. :p
