Hey guys,

So I have finally gotten to the stage where I have left my body, however my problem is the Split second I realize I'm floating upwards, or have the feeling that I am on the ceiling, I am instantly snapped back into my body. Do you guys have any tips to stay out of my body while consciously aware I am out of my body?

Thanks for any and all tips! I really appreciate them

Does this happen repeatedly? or is this based upon the first time you managed to 'separate'?

Wapiti

It happens repeatedly. Multiple times a session. Some I'm out a little longer than others

Believe it or not, this is perfectly normal. It will get better with more practice,

But, you can start working on "anchoring" yourself there and that happens when you start applying other senses to this area. You could try to rub your hands together and listen for the friction or bend down and try to pick something up. Anything that brings your awareness/focus deeper will work.

Right now you are experiencing the NPR version of "Hopscotch", one step forward, two steps back. That will change though soon!  :-)

Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)
