ok first of all, they are not psi balls, but just plain energy balls,
secondly i dont know why they come up out of nowhere. ur third question: they are sometimes used for protection against entities in the astral realm.

the sexual sensations are entities feeling you up[] not really, actually im not sure about the sensation. and if you search the forum you will find a thread on astral sex.

As far as the sexual feeling goes, there is an energy center/chakra right in that vicinity, and when it is activated, the feeling can be quite sexual.  You said you felt vibrations, did you feel energy sensations in any other specific sites?  When I was first starting out the most apparent energy center for me would have to be the brow center/third eye, and I often felt a band of cool energy around my eyes back into my ears and around the back of my head post meditation.  This advice is pretty general, and probably you will see it again, but you should know energy sensations, hypnogogic imagery that seems real, hearing noises, feeling heat and cold, are all part of the experence, and shouldn't be feared. They sure did scare the heck out of me though  Hope this helps.....

First of all, sexual sensations are not uncommon.  It could be do to the energy flowing through your base chakra and simply arousing you are peaking some interest.  Astral sex is possible, and that's basically all it is.  I've heard stories, never experienced it myself though.  But basically it's the same thing only it's purely emotional because the physical self is not involved.
As for everything else, well, it's hard for anyone to say what the ball means or what it is.  Perception is a large part of OBE.  It's possible to see or experience something but get the meaning of it wrong.  Perception still remains a flaw in our subconcious while on this Earth, and perception can be changed.  Two people can live the same situation but experience it in a different way.  So only you can take the things that have happened during and OBE and desifer the deeper meaning behind them, because others will only have a perception based on what you told them, not on what they experienced.

i made a "psi"  ball once. it was about the size of a grapefruit. it didn't do anything at all.. kinda stupid auctually. i guess  the only thing its good for is giving dragon ball Z junkies a reason to think they are special (which is dumb.. because everything you read about can be done by anyone, just everyone doesn't)

During my first OBE I also had a ball that I was playing with for quite some time... it seemed to apear out of nowhere. From reading around I guess there psi balls right??? Well my question is what are they all about? And how did it just seem to pop right up out of nowhere? what are they used for?
Also, before what i call my first OBE i have had lots of floating sensations during sleep... which i thinkn were beginings of OBE... but I ignored them as weird dreams which i know now they were not. But anyway during these episodes I would feel very sexual sensations? Whats that all about.. i have heard through reading the last week about astral sex but what is that?? freaky!!!!
