Okay so i have been away for a while figured i would do my research & reading and let you guys know where the breeze takes me and i thought there could be a lot of people who could benefit from things i could share? These are just things which helped me :) so yeah lets start off ;)

What position?
I have the best results on my back...but some of you guys get really uncomfortable ,so move to a more comfortable position but wait its not that easy try avoiding going to a your default sleep position...if you do make it SLIGHTLY less comfy for example i normally fall asleep on my side so i decided to wedge a pillow under my ribs which was still more comfortable than laying on my back but made it easier to stay conscious.

How about the Superhero technique?
So you guys are more than likely thinking whats he smoking well the answer is cannabis...ha no i joke ;) but seriously i found this technique very effective for me :) basically here is what i did. I would pretend that the blackness behind my eyes was me closing my eyes (I know i obviously was but give me a chance) then i would open then to me on a roof top i would look at my hands and see i was wearing the Spiderman costume AWESOME i know! then i would run across the roof tops and leap over to other buildings but as i would leap i slowed the gravity down to around 20% and to my surprise after a while of phasing this really did wonders for emerging me into a weightless feeling? it helps me why not try it out :D

Dry mouth and swallowing?
I will tell you as a Diabetic for me this was a massive problem i think Xanth already said in his PDF take water to bed as it is more hydrating...also another thing which helps if you have a draft in your room shut the window it will dry your mouth out. if you try phasing with your mouth open close it ... breath through your nose and out of it see how you get along ,if you leave your mouth open you will build a nice blockage in the back of your throat.

Phasing vs Sleep Induced?
Okay so you may think phasing sounds easier and faster...you my good sir would be incorrect as it varies person to person from what i have red including my self but i wouldn't call quits on phasing just yet... phasing helped me use the sleep induced method and in my first phase attempts i was unsuccessful but after a while i would end up awakening having an OOBE I'm not sure if attempting phasing installed the intent to project or it worked in some other way! so there you have it.

Why hello shadowy entity...WHY ARE YOU AT THE END OF MY DAMN BED?
Yes the shadow people i remember one of my first posts on the forum was about these frightful fellows ;) when in actual fact they seem more bloody frightened of me ...at first i was scared but that's human nature after a while i started to become less scared and after a few projections tried to make contact the one i attempted to reach for one they cowered away like a frail tree. Its impossible to fight fear completely head on like a gladiator as much as your told don't be scared it will happen build your self up slowly.

Sleep Paralysis Golden ticket or short straw?
Right my first OOBE was from just lasting through sleep paralysis i just laid there and then suddenly i rose out my body and above the bed it was euphorically beautiful....and from my research it sounds like you would have a good chance of projecting like this...but its also possible to witness a hallucination beyond horrid putting you off ? but if you want to remove yourself from sleep paralysis wiggle your toes quickest exit i found ;)

Anyways i have a lot more to share if you guys find it helpful let me know and i will post more remember these are just things which helped me ? each to their own GOOD LUCK!

Good tips and advice. :-D

Are you still making a doc about phasing?
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

Thanks guys and yes we're still making the documentary currently in still sorting out a lot of the details :) we aren't just targeting phasing...Lucid dreaming, Out of body experiences and sleep paralysis are all big factors we will be conducting an experiment in a few local shopping centers for example we have made one with a fake jug and fake tissue when its placed in the jug it looks as if its in there you can even feel water if your hands most of way through the jug....but once put at the bottom you can ignite it a bit making it appear as though the tissue is alight in the jug :)
we will be using this to question would you recognize if you where in a dream ...how do you know what you are experiencing is not a dream?

Anyway thank you for taking your time to read :)
