Anyone know what happened to me?

Well, I had the most terrifying experience yet. And now that I think about it... I'm still here!

Let's start, I had a series of dreams followed by a projection. This woman appeared out of no where in my dream and started to torment me. I faced my fear and grabbed on to her and put very, very powerful white light around me. Then we flew somewhere and I landed on an old sofa that was right outside my cousins house. I remember going inside but it was filled with a bunch of old furniture. After that I was back on that sofa being eating by a tiger. I honestly don't think that this was a projection but the begging of one. After that I again put white light around me and faced my fears. I don't think my mind likes it lol. Then I woke up and everything was black my arms and jaw where tight and I heard a very very very loud scream. I thought I was the one screaming and hoped that I wasn't because I didn't want my parents to wake up.  I tried to hold it out but my eardrums felt like they where going to burst. It was a woman's scream. I used the white light again. I think that it just made it more angry. After that I woke up with my arms stiff. So scary. Usually my projections are nice.
