I've seen a disc ufo when I was 12 hoovering outside my window, later that night I also saw 2 greys. (In awaken state)

During the latest years I have seen light ships in awaken state. They come and go because they can adjust to frequenzies and vibrations meaning they jump in dimensions that way and also that's how they stay "hidden".

Also seen a little white et in a solid transparent state whilst awake which was the same et I saw when I was on an astral plane in a "ufo".
I am guessing this et was an interdimensional et since he could just jump out meaning he just dissapeared right in front of me.

i cant even astral project yet, but if so many people can astral project why dont they see any ufos or go inside them ?

Because that isn't the reason we wish to project. You will find once you do, that there is a lot more to see and experience. You will see that it changes your whole view on life in general. Your Physical existence.

oh, but i think it would still be interesting to see whats inside the ufo or area 51 or other planets

i have seen 2 ufo in the physical and been in many spaceships in the non physical

A friend of mine was on a craft with a Grey guy. I think he was projecting. The Grey guy showed him what the craft could do - it had a holographic map of the galaxy, and he could select any star system and go to it, as well as any time period within that star system. I didn't think anyone in the Milky Way had space and time under such casual control.

But I've seen nothing myself.
Most underground facilities have distorters and materials that keep spirits out, and if you still get in, some can capture you. So I wouldn't go snooping around without precautions.

Many years ago I had this dream where me and another guy were flying a u.f.o. I said to him if they find out what we have done we are in trouble .  I woundered if it was just a dream . On area 51 , on a post hear a few months ago some one stated that there were some kind of astral guards there , so maby the gov. does know about the astral .  desert rat

They have guards or something in the astral, governments/military.
I was taken once and held captive in a dark room with only a lamp above our heads and infront of us was one of those mirrors/windows. Just as it looks on tv. But I became aware and could snap out of it, but we were 4 in total.

I knew right away I was in a military building/hold up and that there were humans and others there.
I took control and went back to my apartment and had the feeling they were coming after me and that I needed to wake up so they wouldn't take me again.

I actually touched my physical body and yelled at me to wake up and as I was waking up (in the between state) I could hear myself AND feel the hands on my back pushing on me and how I was bouncing up and down in the bed. Kind of cool.

Then I woke up.

I have no idea how I got to that place though.
