I'm sorry but my AIM is disabled currently, but I would suggest you try Astral Chat available on irc.webmaster.com #AstralChat (or the appropriate link on the Astral Pulse site). There's usually a few people in there with a decent knowledge of astral projection and general metaphysics, so fell free to pop in :)

Is there anyone here who has Aol instant messenger or just plain Aol and could teach me a trick or two on projecting? My Screen name is: "AstralAdventurer" yet I cant really project yet... I think it would be easier if I could be taught this way...
