So ...
can you go to space and explore our solar system and check each planet from the inside ?
go to Venus or Mars and walk on their surface ?
is this possible while OB ?
Yes, but I haven't done this myself.
Had a short remote vision like experience of viewing the surface of a cratered moon like world, high enough to see curvature of the horizon. Couldn't verify anything though, no idea where it was.
Also seeing starscapes at times, instead of the usual earth forest scenes. Having a little more success at choosing what to see, between earth and sky.
I've read that the distances are so great between the planets in our solar system that during OBE/phasing it's hard to navigate to any specific object unless you're an expert astronomer.
Good incentive to study astronomy.
It has actually been my intention to explore space in OBE over the passed month... I willed myself towards the stars on one occasion and though my sight got hazy I felt that my location was high above Earth.
Space exploration is definitely high on my list of things to do when I am better at AP. :). Although I have not experienced this yet I have little doubt in my mind that it's possible.
When your belief is that human existence is just a local manifestation of the universe itself how could it not be possible?
You may need to change your view of what your are.
I haven't done this in a long time, but I've had several deep space projections- the problem is navigation. It's very, very easy to get totally hopelessly lost- I've had to end several deep space projections because of this- I'd exit my body so fast that before I knew what I was doing, I'd have blasted myself right out of the galaxy. Once when I did this, I just kinda floated there, feeling the mindboggling distance all around me. I saw a faint blur of a galaxy or star cluster in one direction, so I projected in that direction, but then I lost my concentration & it ended.
The striking thing is the particular feeling of being surrounded by light years of distance all around you- it's a very strong feeling that, once you experience once, you can access again to take you there.
Several other times, when I didn't use the "instant travel" method, & just used as high speed as I could attain (not sure how fast, but I was beyond the cloud layer, & out of the atmosphere within about 5 seconds), I found the experience to be much more stable, but despite the speed I was travelling, the distances were just too great.
Haven't practiced any of this stuff in al ong time though- more "practical" concerns these days I guess.I will do it again though.
