I have been reading a lot about  Dr. Michio Kaku and his ideas about Parallel Universes. I bring this up because he talks about all the universes being overlapped with one another. The reason (in theory) that you can not see the other universes or dimensions is because it exists on a different vibration frequency (sounds like Robert Monroe.....yes?).  The reason that I bring this up is because of the difficulty of validation in the real time zone. Perhaps the real time zone that you see in an OBE is not the same real time zone that your physical body is in.  You may be in "your" house in another real time zone in a parallel universe! (maybe)

I have a suggestion for those of you that can have OBEs "at will".  Next time you do the card test to validate your experience try this:

1.)  In your own mind give our native dimension a name such as "Real Time Zone Alpha" (maybe the folks here at astral pulse could vote on this so that it is mostly universal to the forum lol)

2.) Place a sign in your house or room that actually says "Real Time Zone Alpha", or whatever name you want our dimension to have.

3.) Place the random playing card on a table near the sign.

4.) Once out of body, go directly to your sign BEFORE looking at the card. Look at the sign and say to yourself " I want to focus my consciousness in Real Time zone alpha" Say it over and over...perhaps even meditate on it.

5.) Now look at the playing card and see what it is!

If this experiment works it might tell us something about not only how the universe works, but also give us a way to accurately gain information in the real time zone. Please post comments and ideas!!

In a couple experiences that felt fully lucid, I get up from my recliner that's in front of a desk and a window.

Thinking to myself, this is great and feeling really good, I decide to find a quick plan for validation.

I usually float up above the desk, then go through the window.

Everything is completely familiar, the house, the street, large trees where they're supposed to be, landscape all familiar to my current consciousness.

I wake up, then realize, I was experiencing either another person's thoughts, or just a completely fabricated lucid dream.
The completely familiar location turns out to have nothing to do with my local area.

Would be cool if I was seeing through the eyes of an alter ego in one of the co-existing universes you mention.
Makes a good story at least.
