Has anyone done this??

Once my out of body skills are good enough and I'm out of college I'm going to spending a lot of time in the akashic library, for sure.

Has anyone come up with something even semi-revolutionary in their field of study through out of body experiences and well even lucid dreams?

I would think all the projecting physicists out there would be very keen on this!

When I become a neurochemist I will do all I can, physically and astrally to revolutionize my field. :)

I heard or read somewhere that the man who came up with correct design for the benzene ring found in in one of his dreams!

Rudolph Steiner did something like this in the early 1900's. He invented Waldorf Education, Bio-dynamic agriculture, and many scientific findings through clairvoiance and the akashic records.

I believe that many inventors and scientists came up with ideas in dreams, including Einstein and Edison.

I've had 2 recent dreams which have recently inspired art. In one, I was walking around a museum and saw a strange, abstract exhibit in perfect detail. I've been obsessed recently on how I can create it.

Focus 10 is also a great state for inventiveness. All the characteristics of Focus 10 are also present when an artist is in the "flow", or a writer so immersed in his writing he completely forgets his surroundings. It also feels really good to be in Focus 10, especially mind-awake-body-asleep. ;)
A certain degree of neurosis is of inestimable value as a drive, especially to a psychologist - Sigmund Freud

I have dreams of writing wicked riffs (I play guitar) the problem is remembering what they sound like when I wake

I have an open mind but i still dont have sure about the akashic records (but i open my mind to that idea), but what thing is certain: lucid dreams or dream incubation are great for problem solving. One i was able to resolve a programming problem in my dreams. For 2 times i dreamt about musics that i never heard (i dont understand nothing about music, so i was not able to reproduce it in real life).

I dont have almost any pratice with lucid dreaming and dream incubation seems to not work with me (i tried so many times! with no resukts, i never dream with what i want!) but if you dont know how to obe, these dream techniques are great for learning, believe me.

"Yesterday" from Beatles was created on a dream by Paul Mcarthney for example. So was a somewhat famous classic music. I know that the musician that dream about it, said that the music in his dream was being played by Satan and the music that he heard was much more beautiful that his re-creation/reproduction.

Btw, i have an idea: we could create an interesting problem that no one here knows hot to resolve, then we could see who could resolve that problem in dreams. The more original and the best solution would win. A kind of "silly" contest just to see how great can be dream incubation for solving problems. What do you think?
I love you!

Focus 11 is your access channel to creativity, and focus 15 is where no time exists; here you bring your creation (dream/goals, etc) and make them a reality. Then in your everyday life, live as though your 'creation' has happened, and it will become real. (Watch what you wish for!)

"think and grow rich"...it realllllly works!

:D  :wink:

ofp
Watch your Thoughts, they become words;
Watch your Words, they become actions;
Watch your Actions, they become character;
Watch your Character, it becomes your Destiny!

oilfieldpiolt,

I agree with you when you say "in your everyday life, live as though your 'creation' has happened, and it will become real"

There are those times when you look at your bank account or realize that there is something you can't have at the moment that brings you down.

I was wondering if anyone had some tips on getting past that or success stories of creating what they wish.

Personally, I like to stick with simplicity. I first read Henry David Thoreau's "Walden" when I was 17 (10 years ago) and my life was changed.  I realised that happiness dosen't come from "things", and a strong desire for stuff is what causes unhappiness. In America, everyone has to have lots of stuff to feel good, which is one reason why there is more poverty and poor in the world than there should be.

If you don't desire much, then everything you recieve is a blessing.

Let imagination inspire, not fantasy or desire.

Like the Buddha said: Desire = Suffering

you can try lucid dreaming and practice what you need to inside the dream you can also study for test and stuff liek that
