ASMR videos to project?

I have stumbled across ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) vids on utube. These are becoming pretty popular. It seems to work for the majority including myself they do seem to cause very relaxed and zoned out states and I was thinking maybe the states of relaxation these seem to cause might become useful states to attempt to project from. What do you guys think? has anyone tried?

In which technique these videos help us. Can you explain more about it? I have also never heard about it.

They relax you verymuch its hard to really explain why. You need to do a search on ASMR and look on utube also and see if the video's effect you. I am thinking if they can relax people this much it could be a good state to project from.
