you guys dont know anything do you, a PSI ball is the same thing as a ki ball just differant name

screw the psi ball efforts.  why dont you work on something more useful like telekinesis.

if you are wondering, a psi ball is the energy within you. a ki ball is the energy around you. fo making a psi ball just cup your hands, now visualise the energy in your hera flowing slowly up into your chest and than through your arms, next to you hands and visualise the enrgy coming out and swirling around into a ball. you should beable to make one with practice. when the energy is out, it is than converted to ki energy since it is no longer in you.

PS: this is juat a helpful tip for people who are just starting out in ki training.

[?]i need some help on concentration, whats better for concentration for making a psi ball iv done all the methods and i still cant make one, does anyone hav any videos i can see maybe that would help, i already seen the ones in the downloads on this site, i need something new just reply with a link thankx[}:)]
