Anyone read this? I think that this is the only source of info that I've had tangible success from. I would highly recommend it.

Hi,

Yes, I have read that book, but it didnt really help me.  Of course at the time, I was not yet ready to actually try to experience my own conscious OBE's.  I was really just trying to read and research as much as I could on the subject.  I do have his other book "Mastering Astral Projection: 90-day Guide to Out-of-Body Experience".  I plan on starting to use it in the next couple of days.  Do you have this book, and if so has it helped you at all?
Its tyme to play :)

Yes, I too have read this book.
What I have found in regards to any OBE one might have is there are many 'Triggers' that can help people.
For me it was a little known website from a lady I do not even know.
(Here: http://www.astralvoyage.com/projection/index.html )
She explained Astral Projection from her point of view.
From there I read Robert Monroe's books, and then on to Bruce Moen's books for the most part.

So if this book by Robert Bruce helped you then fantastic.
However, what might 'work' for one person might not necessarily work for another.
We ALL have our own 'Triggers' that open up our own 'Levels of Awareness'.

Hi,
QuoteWe ALL have our own 'Triggers' that open up our own 'Levels of Awareness'
This is quite true.  I have found that the Robert Monroe and Bruce Moen books have helped me prepare for and understand conscious OBE"s than anything else that I have read.  Still, I am always open to new ideas and techniques so I keep an eye out for any new info.  :-D

I went through it quickly, and and back to re-reading.

I like the technical parts explaining mind splits, projection double, the hall of mirrors overload effect, some really interesting concepts, problems with memory imprinting etc.

I'm having a little resistance to the intellectualizing of the experiences with intricate complexity, and not wanting to unnecessarily over complicate, or misinterpret the methods and explanations that Bruce offers.

At the same time, he's making sense and relating to my minor experiences.

Old Dood, thanks for the link and recommends.
