Hello, I have a question to ask, is it possible to astral project and stalk others. I know that there is a prescence around me, but I am wondering If it is possible for someone to astral project around you.
If this is the case is there a method for sending someone back to there bodies?
no ,the fact is (and i wont blame you for being skeptical) it could be anything from a deceased relative to an astral vampire. and no you cant send any one back to there bodies. the best thing to do is imagine white light all around you.
So if someone wanted to they could spy on you if they astral project?? Is there a way to stop them from comming near you? I would just like to know, because something is around me during certian times.
I have been into Occult ralated things for about 10 years. well Before I was into the idea of astral travel! You cant stop anyone from projecting from what i have read, but you can stop them from staying! The white light suggestion is a good one! You might also want to do a house cleansing ritual. And do a lesser banishing ritual every time you sence this unwanted presence! these rituals raise the atmospheric vibrations so anything with ill intent cant stay around; and whatever it is will soon get the point if you presist with the rituals! If its an assighned spirit guide, you cant get rid of it. But those you want around anyway! Also remember like attracts like, if you send out posative energies you recieve new ones back, if you send out nagative energies you will recieve negative energies back; up to and including unwanted spirits! and so called ASTRAL HARASSMENT.
During sleep paralysis, it's very common to feel a presence in the room with you. It may just be this that you're experiencing. This phenomenon is sometimes known as "old hag syndrome". If you Google this, you'll get more info. People often think they have woken up when they experience this, but they're usually just on the edge of projection.

It's possible but highly unlikely. People have setup wards around their houses and bedrooms subconsciously, and this manifests as protection in the astral. So only a very deliberate, experienced and talented projector can do this, unless you have given them permission to 'invade' your space.
Like nickspry said, most 'presences' felt on the cusp of projection are dweller experiences, which are energy from your own projecting double or protective aspects of yourself that 'ring your danger bells' because you're not fully projected.
About other entities, not many are common in this case, so I wouldn't take it as that first off the bat.
