Full moon
Places all my crystals outside to cleanse (something kept me grounded)
Didn't take my medicine
Ate chicken
Raised energy through the chakras for 15 min followed by an 1:30 min meditation.

I had a very powerful out of body experience last night. I couldn't tell the difference between it or reality. I was literally mind blown. I had a series of dreams that followed the experience The first one involved my Moldavite and these two women try to get it. They thought it was some sacred stone or something.  After that I woke up with some weird head pain I get when I sleep to long, but when I turned over it went away. Feel back asleep and had a dream about this chick I follow on youtube about out of body experiences. She was giving me a piece of Moldavite as a gift. Then I woke up and my legs where in a sex position! My palms where face up and I was on my back. I hate sleeping on my back. My first three chakras where hella tingly. I seen a big blob of energy for a secound right when I woke up. I laid there a minute kinda freaked out then everything started to feel real tingly especially down there. And no I wasn't out of body. I was able to mess with my computer and what not. It probably was the beginning of an OBE though.

After that experience I woke up from I had another weird headache again from over sleeping. I then turned over and it went away. Then I really found my self out of body. Got up, thought I was literally awake. Walked/went past the door and sent white light down the hall way just in case I was in an OBE. I thought I was cause my legs where all weird like I was drunk. I walked down the hall and seen my parents. I didn't know what to do cause I didn't wanna scare them and think I'm insane. I didn't know if this was real or an OBE so I played it like it was real and wen't back to my room. I then went to my sisters door and knocked on it. Then the door just opened. Then I realized that this was indeed a OBE. My sisters door is usually locked. I said Hey, are you asleep. She actually replied back and said what lol. Then it ended.

That excrement was crazy real.

Had my first AP last night. There was a storm last night which woke me up at about 3am this morning. So I thought I'd give AP a go. I imagined walking around my house in the first person, touching everything. About 15-25 minutes in my body felt like it was floating. I ignored the sensations. I didn't get any heart racing, vibrations or noises like I was expecting. At my 'breakthrough' I tried touching the breast of my chimney on the side with my left hand. It felt solid, my vision was dark but I could make outlines. I kept with it, I could feel the corner of the chimney, walking around my living room, tried rubbing my eyes nothing, but my vision eventually came clearer by continuing to touch stuff and walk around. When my vision was clear I felt a strong sense of accomplishment, my first astral experience. Tried float/flying around my house which was awesome. I wanted to go outside so I thought I would just walk through the door hands first. My hand received a shock and the door just opened for me. Outside, the world's colour seemed vivid. I wanted to try a remote viewing exercise, my mum has hidden something in her drawer so I tried to imagine being in her third bedroom, but I couldn't teleport. So I thought I would go there by walking, floating. My local park had American football players on it, the street heading to my parents which is primarily residential was different, it was littered with cafes. I didn't get to my parents in the end. I just came back to my body and ended up in a false awakening.

Good job! I find that technique the best. If you ever seen dragon ball z try instant transmission. Just do it how goku does it. It works well. That's what I do to get 2 higher planes or far away places. It connects you with your third eye.

Actually, that's how all "movement" works.  You moving from one location to another by using your legs is only for show and acceptability to your consciousness.
Nothing actually "moves", like everything else, it's all perception.

That is a good way to describe it though.  Goku's instant transmission.  He explains it well too if I remember correctly from the show.  LoL

Xanth I was surprised it worked when I first tried it! What brilliant and fun way to travel.  :-)
