Hi Kodemaster,

Thanks for posting that website. There was a lot of good information and I'll refer back to it again.

A recurring topic, particularly in the OBE and Astral Projection forums, is for members to find that right cd or preset for AP/OBE and also Astral Phasing. A number of different cds have been written about such as: Wave I cd (Monroe Institute); Awakened Minds cd; and Brain Sync cd(s).

Additionally, some members have written about their experience with the Brainwave Generator.

For my part, I have spent some time experimenting with three different commercial cds but not yet with the Brainwave Generator.

It seems as though a good range to assist in an AP/OBE and Astral Phasing would be in the Theta/Delta range, perhaps around 4.0Hz.

Have you done any astral work with any commercial cds, the brainwave generator, or another entrainment system, and if so what were your experiences?

Hi Nick,

Thank you for replying. No, I have not had any experience with the systems you mentioned...I usually do NEW and meditation...I'll let you know if I do end up using one, though. []
