How do I do the rope method?

there isnt any magical way to execute the rope method or any other method, that will work for everyone, although RB give a lot of powerful advices in all his texts

I remember someone saying the rope method only works when you already found out how it works (for you)

say you just have to practice, and believe it will come (because if you practice, it will)
