I assume they seem to be selling some sort of recording with brainwave technology embedded in it.
Save your money....
The frequencies are based on brainwave states for different levels of consciousness... you want to start with beta (normal waking state) and slowly cycle down to the cusp between theta and delta states. Theta is when you are in trance state, and delta is deep sleep/ trance. You may also want a separate track to keep some alpha waves in there to help remain conscious of the event.
Don't pay for this stuff. There are many free MP3's out there with the proper freqs already embedded (including several I composed on keyboard - available free on my site) I dont believe in selling this stuff. Or you can get a program like brainwave generator, or some music programs also have it (I used to use Cool Edit Professional to embed the frequencies into my own keyboard music)
Start out at about 12 Hz, and take at least 5 mins to cycle down to 7 Hz, remaining at 7 Hz for the rest of the duration. (7 Hz has been tested by many people, and seems to be the magic frequency)
And remember.... this is only a tool. If you think that it will magically induce an OBE on its own... you will be dissapointed. But it may help you to focus and get into the proper state more easily.
