Title: Astral projection I tried again
Post by: Sethwilliam on October 31, 2012, 14:11:26
Last night I tried to astral project again . I layed down at 10pm listened to binaural beats  and white noise 6hz then after about 10-15 minutes I started feeling lifted up and heard a lid buzzing that filled my ears and my vision (I was daydreaming or something) snapped to a white wall of mist that felt like I was being pulled into it I tried focusing on that feeling but I felt it slowly slipping away until I saw my eyelids. Was I doing it right? Wat went wrong? What should I do to fix it? Thank you

Have you ever had a dream where you had the sensation of being lifted up followed by loud buzzing in your ears and vision and then been snapped into a white wall of magnetic mist?

You are doing everything right. You are doing really well... better than most.. especially when you are simply 'giving it a try'. There is nothing to fix yet.

But Patient Practice is the term... practice and patience. It doesn't come like a phone app or an instant reward for your less than hard work.

The mind isn't technically a muscle but it still needs constant upgrading and tending to... you are upgrading your mind... it takes time and effort. You cant just hold your hand out and expect anything without actively participating in the hand out itself.

So what I'm doing is right? That's good to know thanks. I just keep doing that and eventually  it will  work?  And when I get to the white wall part what should I do? Just focus on it?

It did work. You are learning... this shows you that there is progress being made. There may not be a white wall next time... you may have a totally different outcome. I bet you don't actually see a white wall next time... in the same sense I have no idea what you will experience next time.

Do you know I'm saying?  :-)
