I think I started to astral project or have an OBE, but before I could I got real excited and couldn't concentrate. Anyways, when it started my hands started to vibrate, so my question is: can u astral project if just ur hands vibrate or does ur whole body have to?

If I exit with vibrations they are over my whole body.  Most exits for me dont come with vibrations at all anyway.

Hmmmm, interesting. It's probably different for everyone. :o
