Hello, I would like to ask if there are any really good PDFs out there that I could learn from to AP or LD
I don't really mind how large it is, as long as I learn from it!

Do a google search for 66 astral projection techniques pdf. It is a great book for free.
You might check out some of the stickies here on the forums. And then maybe 20 to 200 hours of the more interesting thread titles; it's all here if you take the time.

Realy good is a relitive term , not ever thing works for ever one . Obe 4 u has a free book for the down load . I have scene a bunch of the a.p./o.b.e. books put on pdf files on the torrent sites . I can give torrent links if asked in p.m. I have scene some books on some of the other a.p. forums .
