What resides in the astral world?
I mean are there any kind of creatures like Pokémons for instance?

Consciousness resides in the astral world. Some authors have reported that human pets such as dogs can participate in the astral world. I think all conscious life forms participate there. The conscious life forms of this 3rd dimensional reality are only a small subset of what exists there.
Everything including the physical world you me and the rabbit in the tree.
If you manifest pokemons there than there will be pokemons. The astral world has so many residents its impossible to count. We all reside here and there.
