Not intentionally, but I have a few times at certain quieter jobs (I change jobs a lot).

When you projected how long were the exp. and were you in the exact physical rtz location as where you worked?

They all lasted until something surprised my body, the location was the same but a little on the creepy side, I think that's€™s just from me starting the projections away from my astral "Home base". When it happens I just relax and wait for a while until I'm pulled back.

I know especially at work it can appear as you are dozing off and sleeping which prevents the suspicion lack of work. Maybe by putting up a sign "Out of Body - Back in Five Minutes - On lunch break" it will be easier for others to understand..:)

Home base is either at my mom/dads home or where I'm geographically residing at the physical time.
