What I mean about waking up physically is:

I sat up in my  chair very fast. I felt the way I felt 10 min before I even put my head phones on to listen to BWGEN. That should help.

Well I have read this several times and I still do not know exactly what you mean. lol  Taking a guess I would say that your body was asleep but your mind was still conscious or you had a false awakening.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

Your post interests me because you said that you saw constellations through your eyelids.  When I was really trying hard to AP or LD I would see that as well.  I would lay down to sleep at night and just lay on my back.  I would sort of drift off, and suddenly I could see stars as clear as anything ever right through my eyelids.  I was definately awake though, so I don't know how this relates to your experience.  I knew I was definately awake, because I would get really excited about seeing the stars and then I would get up...   trust me, it wasn't a false awakening either.

A few seconds ago I woke up. I was here in my PC chair. Listening to BWGEN Relax(general) presets.

Well wile I was "sleeping" I knew I was awake. I saw constelations of  stars in my eye lids. Then I woke up physically knowing I was sleeping.

What the hell was this?

A LD?
