Astral Vision or change of frequency?

During my most recent astral projection practice (10 minutes ago) I managed to move further into a new sensation though i am not sure it is AP related.  Basically this is what happened.

I meditated, sent myself on a guided meditation to set some intentions for myself then did some reiki.I let my mind wander off to listen to the music I had playing throuhg my earphones. 

After a while one of the beats to the music sounded louder then the rest and seem to push my body/mind (it wasnt my physical). It is almost like it ramped the feeling of my mind up a gear and my body feeling changed to. My mind seemed to jump a notch and the swirling lights behind my eyes lids (from the sun moving and general eye movement) stopped dead. Everything was green dappled (exactly the same as a crystal I have) and my whole body seemed to stop with it. Though my mind still felt it was kicked up a notch. Even when i moved my physical eyes to look round it was this same green dappled look.

I tried to keep calm, I was very aware of everything and my arms and upper body started to feel solid or heavy then they started to fade like they were loosing focus and I couldnt tell where they were.  Dark green circles appeared and moved agaisnt the lighter green, though they were not solid circles. They looked like what crystals look like under a microscope, or iron filings. My upper body started to feel really hot on the inside and it felt like my head was slight further back then it was and like my mind was being stretched upwards. I felt like I could move or see further into this green.


It stopped soon after. Does anyone have any idea what this may be?

Any ideas are appreciated.

Sorry to bump this up but I dont want it getting lost - i know i dont check the bottom of the pages!

I do not know much about trance/AP phases apart from the numbnes then vibrations.

Most likely it was your heart chakra that was generating the frequency. Google 'heart chakra' and see if those are the green images you were seeing.

I never thought that what I was seeing might have been a chakra as I was seeing with my physical eyes!

I did have the feeling I might be able to go forward or looking further into it. The green is definitely the colour but the circles I saw there were two. One was half out of sight at teh bottom left and there was on smaller just below it part out of sight. They seemed to rotate.

I think some more indepth chakra info surfing is required.
