i cant project into the RTZ, but ive succeeded in phasing into the astral before. i can tell my astral bodies getting strong when i cant even remember what position my limbs are in. i havent tried a RTZ projection in a while, even though i got alot better with my energy body development and such. i used to get really mentally exhausted when i tried. if I were you i would work on getting as deep as possible, while remaining concious and comfertable.

My biggest problem is to stay in the border of sleep. I can't relax enough. As soon as I lose my awareness, it's like my sub-conscious mind say: "Hey, you've just lost your awareness!" And I regain my consciousness and become fully awake again. I just can't stay right in the middle of sleeping and being awake.

I know I should just relax and as soon as I lose my consciousness I should just regain my consciousness and stay in the border of sleep instead of going back too far to the state of being fully awake. Anyone here have the same problem?

I have some sleeping problem lately because of this. It seems that my body automatically starts waking myself up even when I'm going to sleep.

Gamma, you're making the exact same mistake I did: You're aiming for the wrong state.

I spent literally years practicing being able to reach the threshhold of sleep without quite falling asleep. It was heartbreaking to discover I'd spent the last few years utterly wasting my time.

You need to reach the state "Mind awake, body asleep". The key point is "Mind awake" - you need to stay alert and aware, not drift off into dreamland. You need to keep your mind calm, empty, relaxed, but AWAKE, and allow your body to go to sleep while you stay fully conscious.

I actually (briefly) reached the "Mind awake, body asleep" state for the first time today (yay! [:)]), after just a few weeks of practicing staying wide-awake and clear-minded while physically relaxing as much as possible. In contrast, I spent years doing the 'nearly asleep... JUMP! back to awake' thing with absolutely no sucess.

Remember, it's MIND awake, BODY asleep - not the other way around.

Good luck!

Hi, I'm new here.

I just want to ask:
1. After my body becomes numb, what should I do to have vibration?
2. When you're numb, are you fully self-aware? I am.
3. Is the vibration felt when you're fully self-aware?
4. How long is it after getting numb to have the vibration?
