Jaclyn

One of the most terrifying times of my life was from when I was very young to the time I was 13 when I was sexually abused by a close friend of the family. This experience made the memories come alive as i relived every second of it over again. This journal entry does NOT include all the details.

house: quiet, dark
weather: stormy, loud wind, rain, thunder, flashing lightning
Electricity out
Sleeping on couch, on back

I've been projecting alot lately. Mostly involuntary, but I can make myself project mainly whenever I want to now. Not that I want to anymore with the way it's been going.. Strange things happening. Almost each night now. Strange dreams. Keep me from sleep.
Woke many times during the night. Not sure which times I was really awake or which times I was in the astral. First I woke in the astral to a sound. (children? Laughing? Talking? Dont know..) I started to walk around. Then fell into a dream. Then I was back and forth for a long time. From the astral to the physical to a dream. Over and Over... Then i woke again in the astral to the sound of papers being rustled loudly right beside my head. Fell asleep.
Then woke in the astral again. My shirt was lifted completely up. I felt someone (or was it more than one person..?) standing very uncomfortably close to me. I felt such an atmosphere of helplessness, shame, sadness, adrenaline rushes, fear, lust, self hatred, anger. It was so real. I pulled my shirt down. wanted to cry or scream or something. but couldnt. Then I woke in the physical. Still felt the same intense atmosphere around me. Fell back asleep. Woke to the sound of a cat meowing right beside me. Don't have a cat. Went to check for a cat at the front door. No cat. This happened several times while I was awake.
I'm scared. I can't stop projecting. It's become part of my sleep now..

Perhaps it is a something you are supposed to do? Have you asked for a guide or helper?

Could it be a retrieval where you are needed? Consider even a merge with an Aspect of Self retrieval.

Perhaps you could try to sense what the entity present wants? Do you get any messages or can you communicate, for example non-verbally by use of images?

Well I think it sounds terrifying. I'm glad I'm not in your shoes.

I would guess that you have to resolve your situation regarding your past experiences somehow. If you don't deal with them in full then they might always come back to haunt you.
It could be an issue about guilt or shame or something completely different. Only you can really know what the cause is.

Try some introspection and see where it gets you. I don't think solving this will be easy but I'm sure it will be a a great step forward in your personal evolution. :)

Hiya Jaclyn,

My suggestion, if you feel you're prepared to do it, is to start utilizing your projections.
They're really nothing to be afraid of... what IS to be afraid of is your own mind, but that is something that you can learn to control over time.

If you're going to be forced into experiencing projections, you might as well use them to your advantage.

The first step you need to do is when you recognize that you're in the non-physical is to take control of your thoughts and emotions.
Don't allow them to control you.  Do this by stating as such out loud... scream it out if you have to when you're projecting.  :)

Give that a shot and see how it goes.
