Laying down half asleep. Had a scenerio playing out in my mind, almost like a dream but not visual at all. Then it hit me that I was in the right state for an OBE as soon as I felt the first electrical rush. I then feel as though Im moving forward into a dark tunnel at a very fast rate. At the very end I see some light radiating. It was multi coloured. I end up in this room and I hear a kind of droning sound. As I move around I realize I am in a room in a house but do not know where. When I go to turn around in the window of a door (wooden door but mostly made of glass) I see a reflection and it is the multi-coloured light. It's so bright that even the reflection causes part of the room to radiate/glow. The light itself was very distinct.

There were multiple colours in the form of oval rings making up on light. What you could compare it to is how a person or any other heat radiating object would look in a thermal cam. Very odd. I slide outside through the door. What I find out there is spectacular. It seems like a very mystical place, but also campus like. The grass is flowing in such a way it's motion is just majestic. Very crisp green, not to dark not to light... but also seems to radiate some kind of energy/glow. I see a building, not very large that has an interesting shape almost castle like in the way it was made. Two parts almost tower like, and a huge wooden door. The entire thing being made of stone. I see some maroon signs, and some paths to other buildings like it. In the middle there is sort of a court yard patio made of bricks in a pretty interesting design. Even more interesting were the animals gathering in the middle of it, kind of roaming around and not timid at all. There was this one I focused on more than the others so I would be able to describe at least one of the way the animals looked here. It had an almost triangular shape to it's head.

The face came to an extreme point for an animal and it's ears were pretty long. Short hair light in colour. It was just a weird wild animal. I walked into another building then I started to lose focus. So I repeated focus focus...clarity... and it worked as it does if you just command yourself to. It prolonged the experience well enough. Instead of roaming around inside I went back out and noted the stunning beauty of this place. Also as I was walking to go back out I heard someone talk to me, or say something that referred to me. It was soft spoken male and he was telling me to take my time when I was trying to prolong my experience. It was right when I focused a certain way and I almost stopped perceiving the area. I did not see anyone around so I continued on. I started to hear wind raging outside and even though I was out of the body I still didn't want to stick around.

I jumped to fly and could still hear the massive wind building. So I turned around but continued to fly so I was flying backwards. After I was down a bit from the place I felt more comfortable. I started to hear arguing some woman screaming at another or perhaps a male can't tell as the other party didn't get a word in. I was above this place and the roof was pretty interesting made with panes of glass inserted into structure to shape and hold the weight. I couldn't figure out where the voice was coming from. At this point I decided if I wanted to remember this all I better keep it short. So I intended to sit up in the physical, and came to sitting up.

Great experience!

Do you experience those things dreamlike or do you have the
reality as in your daily life?
Must be a disturbing experience if the reality is like the daily reality
or even stronger.

"Do you experience those things dreamlike or do you have the
reality as in your daily life?"

It's as walking around in your daily life, in real time. The memories of it are also different than that of dreams. In dreams you remember it as being just an observer and it feels like some kind of distant memory. With me these memories you actually remember being there, what you felt, and being in control just as memories of the physical. If one is not careful and you stay out too long you end up losing bits and pieces. So if you take care then you can bring back all the memories of the full experience. But yeah to answer your question it's just as if walking around the daily life. Although this place had a very mystical quality, it was hyper-real almost more real than daily life. It was by far the most interesting place I've ended up so far. It's also the first time I experienced going towards and through some kind of field of colours, it was like a portal. The most interesting thing when I went through them and ended up in the building. After wandering around then going back to the original room near the wooden/glass door I still seen the colour field in the reflection of the glass... it was like a stationary thing.

I really envy you for your experiences. It must be a real great thing!
On the other hand, you have to be a real grounded person to be able
to experience such things and not go crazy :)

Nevertheless, your experiences are totaly individual, like an lsd trip.
No one can ever even nearly feel what you felt when you describe it.
Such a trip with a second person must be a great thing :)

If I tried to explain anything to the average person they probably would describe me as being crazy. Perhaps crazy is just a matter of perspective. I remember long ago when I was in college (19 at the time, 27 now) one of my dorm/room-mates talked about astral projection. I believe he mentioned that he found himself in his girlfriends house one night. Of course my first initial thought was that he was dreaming. Then when he said no, that literally his mind/spirit was there then I thought, this guy is definitely nuts. So later when I got into meditation and I started to have these experiences, all-the-while sitting up and not reclining it was not only startling at first but kind of complex. How could I be dreaming while conscious, and how did my body maintain equilibrium while said experience was going on. The first thing I decided to do was look up what this experience was called. I came upon out of body articles, and experiences. Before that I have never read anything on the subject at hand in detail. What was surprising was that everyone talked about the same symptoms leading up to the experience like the electrical shock pulsating feeling that is now described as the vibrations. It was interesting to note that for something everyone who experiences out of body states across the world describe the exact symptoms I went through. So it isn't all that subjective as someone would think it is. The experience itself is but we are all different and at different levels... it stands to reason a lot of us would end up somewhere else in the non physical and have varying experiences once out.

To comment on your mention of it being like an lsd trip... well that is sort of a weak comparison. I have done lsd (and a lot of it) in my younger years especially while in college. I also new chemists who made it, liquid form and powder form. The best lsd would not even compare to this kind of experience. Without hurting yourself with too much of a dose you would most likely end up to the point where everything looks like a kaleidoscope pattern. I remember I went against the advice to take only one sugar cube with this really strong acid, and said eh I'll just take five. That was an insane night... but even that can't compare. When you take lsd it's not like you end up in a new world and you are walking around in it. It more or less changes your perspective about what is already there, and sort of widens your perception to include maybe fragments of the non-physical. But to be actively conscious, and walking around in the non-physical is an entirely different scenario heh. I wish all my projections now would be to that same place I explained in this thread... Im a guy so I never really describe things as being beautiful.... but that word is the only thing can come up with to remotely describe what I seen there. Even the grass seemed to have a mind of it's own, it must of took an extremely gifted group to craft that place. If someone told me that no that place was most likely your own creation like a dream environment.. I'd have to say obviously that's not the case. But the egotistical part of me would gladly take the credit... there is not a place on earth that could even compare.

The colours were absolutely the most vibrant you'd ever see. The life the place had, it seemed to be a breathing entity although created by someone else, as if they part a piece of themselves into it. What is hard is to not get too excited about the notion of going back. Another thing is that this makes me have more questions than answers. What was the place. I seen signs pathways, court yards it looked like a campus albeit not a college campus but some kind of centre. What is it for...etc. Only being there once I wouldn't want to assume anything, or speculate. I do know and have a feeling of the place though, I believe enough to latch onto to navigate back. Each time now when I need a break while at work or whatever all i have to do is picture that place and the visual imprint of it is very detailed just like or even more so than memories of going to a physical vacation spot...just thinking and picturing it is almost a mini-vacation. I have no doubts that certainly if a person was religious they would assume/misinterpret it as heaven. Although I do not subscribe to that way of thought.

Yeah sounds like a created astral place, but for which reason and from whom...we wont find
out in this life, im afraid :)

But beeing there and having the memories and the experience must be, as i already said, a great thing.
No one can take that ever away from you :)

The comparison to lsd was only about the feelings you had and have, that you cant share with us, not
the experience itself! I also experienced some lsd trips and one of the things i experienced was, that no
one ever could even nearly understand what i experienced, except if someone tripped with me.
Of course, the experience is something totaly different, from what ive been reading from you.

One day, when im ready for it, we´ll meet on the astral planes :)

"Yeah sounds like a created astral place"

Well technically, all astral places are created.

"...but for which reason and from whom...we wont find
out in this life"

I wouldn't say that. I feel a strong connection to the place and I believe I can use that to go back no problem. Once there I intend to explore it more and this time pay attention to anything like the signs. Now if I can find a person there, or stick around long enough to come across someone I can ask and find out. If I explore enough I'm sure it will answer most of my questions.

"One day, when im ready for it, we´ll meet on the astral planes"

Sure. I have to say though it's not easy to set meetings, I've tried with grey and a few others. The main problem is if one gets out the other might not. Also it's possible to not be at the same place, one might end up in some sort of belief system, or a self replicated place. There are a lot of complications when it comes to that sort of thing for sure.

Your experience itself is quite remarkable. It reminds me a bit of an experience I had. Earlier in 2009, I would have some issues exiting my body and actually landing in my room. One of these times, I flung myself out of my body so quickly that I passed through the house and through the garage about 600 feet from my bedroom. After I passed through the window of the garage I began to see different gates that I was allowed to pass through. They were all decorated so elaborately. I remember three different gates. One was purple, another was blue and the final one was like a chrome color. I was allowed to pass through each gate except for the last one. It's doors did not fly open like the other ones. I was being denied permission. Through each gate I saw colors like I had never seen before. It felt so fresh and much more realistic and fresh than anything I have experienced in the physical.
I wandered slowly there
I saw a field where a thousand corpses lie
Angels sang the hymn of the end
About monsters which they fought
Over our world

Your experience sounds interesting. I really doubt a person/mind could be denied access to anything, from what I can tell it's the person that limits his/her own experience. When I fail to go somewhere or move myself about in a certain manner, I realize it's either my lack of focus of I am going about something the wrong way...either way it's myself limiting myself. I really liked reading about your experience though. Good luck in your future projections.
