This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
Earlier this morning, I was out of my body. I was in the process of re-entering my body through the top of my head like I have did many times in the past.
But this time was different.
While my soul was re-entering my body through the top of my physical head, I felt it bang hard against the wall next to my head. I managed to make it back into my body.
I was a little spacey for a few hours afterwards.
I wonder if when the soul is in a very close distance to the physical body, it is the densest. Maybe it cannot past through objects at that short of a distance.
Perhaps your physical body actually moved enough at the time and bumped.

I was wondering the same thing as you mentioned.
So after I re-entered my body, I measured the distance. My physical head was a foot away from the wall. I don't think my physical body could of jolted a foot.
Also I felt the BACK of my soul's head hit the wall. That would be impossible for my physical head to do since I was laying on my back.
It was a hard hit. Almost like someone whacking you on the back of the head with the open palm of their hand.

Once I was sitting in my bed,looking at a knife on the table,and i was imagining it flying towards me(Telekinesis experiments)and suddenly something hit me in the face,and I hit the back of my head in the wall behind!
