Switching bodies

Switching bodies.Can it be done?I am not sure but i read in a book some were that you can :|The book i reading was astral travel by gavin and yvonne frost in case anybody wanted to know.

i have read lobsang rampa's books and he said that he switched to other body and he call that trasmigration. he also write about astral travels and much more.

I don't know about switching bodies, but I had a friend who claimed he could enter other people's bodies and had done it a few times. I asked him to try to enter mine. He agreed and I was pretty excited. He gave me instructions and I followed them exactly as he said. First, I asked everyone in the house to leave for the evening and since they were curious about what would happen, they did. Then I turned off all the lights and unplugged the appliances, TV, etc. and lit several candles throughout my bedroom and bathroom. Then I bathed, redressed, and laid on the bed. For the next three hours I meditated, trying to keep my mind clear but open. Just when I thought it must be a bunch of BS because nothing was happening, something happened. All the windows were closed but there was a physical rush of wind and a very loud noise, kind of rumbly but very loud. I stayed calm and then I had a series of crazy visions, 5 in all, back to back to back. They were crystal clear, as if I was actually participating in them. I'm sorry if this is too graphic, but in one of them I was a man and I was on top of myself, having sex. It was so crazy because I could see and feel everything from the point of view of this "man" I was. One vision was of my childhood, and the other three involved people and situations I was totally unfamiliar with. These scenes lasted about ten minutes combined but seemed much longer. But then it was over and I knew my body had not been actually entered.
The next day I called him as soon as I woke up and asked what the hell had happened. He sounded like he didn't even want to talk about it and said it was the worst thing he had ever experienced. He said he had gone into a very deep trance, then come to my house. From what he told me, he got into my mind and when he tried to enter my physical body there was a terrible cold rush and he was shoved, then a very deep voice told him to get out and never attempt it again.
I'm still extremely curious about it. I don't know about what he felt and heard, of course, other than what he told me, but I will never forget what I experienced that night! Is such a thing really possible? What or Who could it have been that told him to get out? I haven't met anyone else who has had the same sort of thing happen. It would be great if there's anyone out there who could give their opinion!
