Few nights ago I woke up in what i think it was a False Awakening, paralysed and I felt the sheets tightening around me by themselves!I was terrified and unable to move,it was getting really tight!Sudennly a thought came to me and I shouted "I am your master! You cant harm me!I AM YOUR MASTER!"And it loosened this very moment....Fancy isnt it?Share ur thought about it :-)
Couldn't resist a title like that! Well during False Awakening, we experience all sorts of sensations and noises which are definitely not physical in origin. The thing is, and I know, from personal experience, that these sensations and noises are indistinguishable from the "real" (ie physical) thing. Unless you actually got entangled accidentally in your sheets, the sensations you experienced were not physical! And nothing to worry about.
... and many of these sensations are physical. Just interpreted wrongly.

In my opinion, it's this...
Simo, what you're invariably describing is actually Sleep Paralysis.
What you're experiencing is being consciously aware of your *ENTIRE* physical body in a completely relaxed state. Your body does this every single night of your life when you fall asleep... except you don't usually consciously experience it. It's the sensation of gravity pulling your body (muscles and all) downwards.
They are nothing to worry about though, as catmeow suggests. Just try to remain calm and relaxed. :)

Thanks Everybody! It's a dry season for me lately...My dreams got much more realistic and it's almost imposible for me to realise I am dreaming - for example the physics are so realistic that a plane crashed in our barn while doind acrobatics and the barn crumbled down wo the side the plane hit her...cars drifting when they get in watery roads,I get to use gearbox, steering weel,I get to watch tv or use my phone....And so far all my obes are by chance, when I wasnt trying,so far nothing worked for me :-(
