Instead of focusing on free files for sound generating, I think you should study a little bit more, as well as experiment on what would work best for you.

I would thank my friend for such a CD, as I did to my mom for giving me a Raja Yoga tape, but you need to understand that even such items don't work sometimes, or ever for some people. You note that I say shareware I bet, but you need to know that there is no timer on it, just the limitation that you cannot import presets (easily) without registering. This means you have about 30 built in presets, and anything you create by hand for free forever. Beyond this nifty program, there isn't much you can find  without kazaa.

I really hope you soon realize that it's not as simple as just binaureal sounds. If it really is that simple for you, congratulations, you're one of the lucky 3 people on Earth.

The Cd will definitely help...Theta brain waves(4-7 cycles per second) is the state that you need to arrive at to lift off!

Recently my friend gave my a cd titled remote influencing through thought and reality.  It was what sparked my interst in obe's and astral projection.  It has 2 tracks, mind safari to theta and delta, and came from the Academy of Remote Influencing.  Is this going ot aid me in achieving ap or obe?.  I was also wondering if someone could tell me where a good place to finde free files that will help me in my journey to obtain obe.  Please be specific instead of telling me a general sries.  thank you, ur help is greatly appreciated
