I am hooked on what happened to me last night. I guess you could cay me lucky, thus, unlucky at the same time. My OBE was completely unintensinaly, unexpected, and 100% acidental projection. (if you want to know the.full story read my prior post.) It was so exciting, thrilling, and terrifiying all at the same time. It was such a rush like sky diving and wanting to do it again but looking up just to find that the plane is no longer around. I have been researching OBE's all day and have been falling asleep all just to get that rush and thrill back. I have slept so much to trying to get it back that i doubt i will sleep any through the night tonight. I set up a mock of all.conditions last night and nothing happened. I have tried new.methods and crazy methods. I tried prior to sleeping and both at.wake-up. unforuntinly I have been unsuccesful in acchieving anything even close to an OBE. I will try again once more tonight in hopes it happens. I hope that wasnt the end of the train for me. I hope that there will be more exp. for me to come. Maybe even though it was by accident somehow I had a form of begiiners luck. I will continue to practice. I saw see what happens

Boring word of advice....
Just try not to get stuck in the 'over enthusiastic' rut. Calmly approach your practice with curiosity and confidence... Try not to get too excited about it happening again. :-)
I just had an idea yesterday. to have higher chances of having OOBE or LD just put your head on the right side so your blood goes to your right brain hemisphere. I had this idea while doing some visualization methods and while i laid my head on right side my imagination vision was more vivid. I had most experiences of LDs and SPs this way. hope this helps :-D

Every time I'm excited it never works, this morning I woke up and then almost immediately fell into vibrations which took me by surprise, but I got so excited and somewhat nervous I found myself laying in bed awake.
And also a few days ago I had a few long and vivid obes. Since I had those I thought oh it's easy I can do it every morning. Well I woke up and thought about how easy it was and well, I didn't have any experiences until I stopped forcing things and woke up and just went back to bed with a small intent
