Read all the FAQ's in the FAQ section of this forum.  Buy All 3 Robert Monroe books (Journeys out of the body, Far Journeys, Ultimate Journey), Robert Bruces "Astral Dynamics", read as much as you can on this forum and ask as many questions as you can and the, when you think you have as much info as you can possibly have, give it a try.  Try atleast once every day.

Dberknyy24,

It all depends on 'You' and how far you want to take it. If you go the distance and want to learn about projection, my advise is to read anything and everything on the subject. Live it, breath it, eat it, consume it and devour it.  OBE'ing will not be presented to you on a silver fast food platter. It takes a lot of energy, hard work and serious patience and practice.

You are more then welcome to visit my web site dedicated to 19yrs of experiences, video, interviews, faqs, books, to real get an idea of what its all about.

Projecting is more deeper then just having a far out experience.
