Dear Qwerty,
Sincerely, I think Robert Bruce's rope method as far the best and most natural, especially if we compare it with those methods based on visualization. Visualization as Bruce states requires huge amounts of mental power, and are certainly contradictory done we are eyesclosed during trying to OBE. By other hand, rope method based on "tactile imaging" is more natural and then efficiently triggers the projection reflex with a minimun of mental power required. I've reached some success using rope, but (and it could be the same at your case) I suddenly wakes in another day or hours later. Before this occurs, I detect the whole chain of symptoms that Bruce depicts in its treatise. I'm sure what I (and you, too) can OBE but probably there are a problem at downloading time when I (you) returns to my (your) body. I encourages you to reread Bruce's topics on such problem.

Hello Qwerty. I dont know if this is the best method for projecting, but it has become a favorite of mine.

Here, Robert Peterson explains his method, only one or two visualizations, and it doesnt seem complicated. A decent amount of reading as well.
I have only started using this method yesterday, and it seems to be working well. The only trouble I have is with the movement of the visualization.

Well, some strange things happenned to me but i couldn't call them real ap or oobe. Once i suddenly saw a man standing behind me and doing nothing and i got scared and woke up[:P]. And i had few visions too.

Dear Qwerty,
The problem's root may be the projection time. I seriously doubt that problem take root in the understandability of OBE. I theorize that if we project into astral world, the different rate of time between astral and RTZ, can play against our efforts. It could be reliable to project first at RTZ, and back to body few seconds after.
In such way we would preserve intact the memory of having been out of our bodies.

Dear Qwerty,
That man, certainly, was you. But, surely, appearance of things and people are different when we are at RTZ. Such difference, of sure, has scare you.

Qwerty

Yeah, once, when I woke up, few days ago, I had feeling that I was projecting, just didn't remember anything.

Qwerty

And for this man, he was standing behind me, while i was lying on the bed

Dear Qwerty,
Are you sure ? At astral state normal physical perceptions are distorted. By example, concepts like "up" or "down" takes a significance entirely new, done first to the absence of gravity.

Qwerty

I'm sure because he was standing next to my door which is not so close to my bed. And first I felt like it's normal for him to stand there, i don't know why and then i remembered that there is only me and my brother in the room

Qwerty

Can anyone tell me what is the best method for projecting? Most times when i try the rope method I fall asleep.
