Is there a best technique to project from the point of waking up from sleep? (no matter if its a long deep sleep or a light snooze) and is it important to stay dead still when waking up?
What is the best technique to use when waking up pls.

This one has helped me. I do it when I don't have spontaneous OBE's for some time. :-)

What I've done at ease every time is visualizing an object in the zone before me and that'd trigger the exiting reflex.
kind regards,
Paul

Can you elabourate on that pls.
Dear Klaxen_2008,
it is as simple as I just mentioned, once one is sufficiently detached from his/her own body.
If the visualization technique doesn't work instantly one is not in the correct state.

Paul
and what exactly do you mean by the zone?
Read Robert Peterson's "Out of Body Experiences: How to Have them and What to Expect"
He gives a technique of what Tiny is talking about.
I like to focus on the ringing in my ears. It keeps me awake enough to not fall back asleep but let's my consciousness drift down enough to project.
