The best books on healing I've seen are written by Barbara Ann Brennan. The first is Hands of Light.

the best book ive read is quantum-touch by richard gorden. if you are familier with NEW than this book will make perfect sense to you. i have been using the techniques for awhile with good success. the book by barbara (i have it and have read it)in my opinion can be summed up as contact your spirit guide and follow their direction. maybe you will be able to relate, but i found it to be a waste of money. hope this helps.

The books by Barbara Ann Brennan (Hands of Light, Light Emerging) are gorgeous, thorough, and inspiring; but they do not teach one how to heal. They are best used as an adjunct to an existing healing apprenticeship or practice.

You might check out "Pranic Healing" by Choa Kok Sui, or look into a Reiki class as a start.
