Finally an AP but with pain involved

So I've been trying to AP or have a lucid dream by trying to stay awake while my body falls asleep laying on my back but it hasn't worked so I tried it laying on my side and in a few minutes I was feeling the buzz on my ears so I knew simething was about to happen. I started feeling like I was rising and all of a sudden I felt as if someone or something pushed on my abdomen like giving me the heimlech manuever. It didn't hurt but it was annoying. I just let it happen and later on I found myself in some sort of temple and this person said so you've been asking for help and all of a sudden this other person who looked like a skinny old lady satrted saying I got you on 100, and she just started repeating this over and over again and this other person did like the heimlech on me again and this time I remember feeling pain on my abdomen and I threw up in fron of the old lady as she said I got you on 100 and then all of a sudden I returned back to my physical.

It was weird, i don't remember ever feeling pain even in my dreams.

Anyone ever felt pain and what does it mean?

I know what 100 means... but if this entity really had you on 100 she wouldn't be pushing you around... ever.

I have been feeling such pain a few times before during or just after feeling those vibrations. The pain feels like someone is pressing hard on my stomach...the pressure can get so severe that I wake up completely and stop trying to have an OBE.

I guess this could mean at lest two different things.

1. The old Lady have tried to help you several times (to AP?), and now she finally got you to her place, which she succeeded in after having tried to help you a "100 times".

2. You have been given about 100 times to help yourself, and now the Lady thought it was enough and helped you on 100, (to help you at last).

How did you feel about the old LAdy or any other person? Was anyone more kind of decor? Did you perceive any odd feelings you might have pondered over? Any difficulty solved lately?

If you don't know about 100 and the number scale it's best not to give it any attention.

Once you get involved... there is no turning back. In short... it's a philosophy for handling Power.

It works very well... akin to sorcery. That is why I regret having learned it sometimes. Other times it is just way too much fun. It will also protect you. But this protection seems to make you the target of envious beings who want Power for themselves.
