what would happen if you went into a black whole while astral projecting in space?

Lighten

Nothing. Black holes are physical things. That's like saying what would happen if I went into a nuclear reactor while astral. Nothing.

OR

you die

I think that Lighten is correct partially. I don't think you would be sucked into to it never to escape but you should pick up the book "Adventures Beyond the Body". I assumed after reading this book that he must either be a physicist or have a very strong interest in the subject. He actually goes into explaining what he thinks blackholes actually are. He claims that they are energy conduits for the astral plans which help to move energy around to different places within the astral planes.

I am not even going to get into the details here because he fills up like 100 pages in his book about this. I suggest you buy and read this book if you are interested in knowing more.

Regarding blackholes being a physical thing, I don't think that even the top physicist have a good understanding of what a blackhole really is at this point much less whether or not they are physical things. This is definitely a question into the unknown.

There are in every man, always, two simultaneous allegiances, one to God, the other to Satan. Invocation of God, or Spirituality, is a desire to climb higher, that of Satan, or animality, is delight in descent.

Well about 5-10 years ago they didn't fully understand black holes, but they knew they didn't. The reason being because their theories involved breaking fundamental laws of physics, particularly the law that states matter cannot be created or destroyed only changed. Stephen Hawking theories that Black holes eventually vanish and take all that matter with it. Anyways, to make a long story short, due to quantum physics and the law of randomness (not the technical term) Particles can and do escape from black holes. there's a whole book on it that hurt my brain after reading it but its pretty good. So black holes are no mystery.

Black Holed (if we could ever get close to one) would also allow us to time travel (in a sense). Time space is so warped in the horizon of a black hole that if you were lowered down into it with a rope and then pulled back up in a few days (or years depending on the size of the black hole) the universe would have aged 1,000 years for your 1 year in the horizon. pretty cool, hu?

I have read every Stephen Hawking book and seen pretty much every documentary. They think they have a better understanding. :) The current theories will be smashed is my theory.

If you're not affected by the Earth's gravity, then you're probably not affected by the gravity of a black hole either. Space would still be distorted around you: as you get further "into" the black hole (towards the event horizon, which you'd never reach unless with a superluminal (or infinite?) speed) the Universe outside the black hole would appear distorted and perhaps flat? Time relative to your physical body would be distorted too... but perhaps you can alter that rate for your astral double, or perhaps you'd be instantly pulled back after a second to you, but ten minutes to your body.

I don't know about black hole. But Robert Monroe experimented to go through a faraday cage and got trapped there... here's is his notes from Journey out of Body

Quote7/7/60 Afternoon
This was an experiment I don't want to try again. I was in the charged Faraday cage (copper screen mesh, above ground, D.C. charge 5okv.). / attempted to move through the cage. I got out of the physical OK, then I seemed to be entangled in a large bag made of flexible wire. The bag gave when I pushed against it, but I couldn't go through it I struggled like a trapped animal in a snare, and finally went back into the physical. In thinking it over, quite evidently it was not the wire itself, but the electrical field pattern set up in fundamentally the same shape as the cage, but more flexible. Maybe this could be the basis for a. "ghost catcher!"

I don't remember that being in the book. Perhaps you own a different copy than me? Is there a special edition or something? x.x

Maybe a goat ate your page?  :-D

i think that since they are physical it wouldnt affect you like if you went into the sun.

Well it should be pretty easy to test once I become proficient enough. I will make entering a blackhole in the Astral Planes one of my new goals and will update everyone once I figure it out.

And what about create your own wormhole or black hole in the physical realm?
