Hey anyone have any advice for this cos it's getting to be a real pain, and last night was the 3rd time its happened and cos I cant see i just jump back into my body cos standing in absolute darkness is kinda lame, I can feel myself moving about but I cant see

Try sucking extra energy from your physical body to your astral - having too little energy in your astral form can make it hard to see, just like low blood sugar often makes your vision go cloudy just before you faint.

Or create a lightbulb and make it glow brighter and brighter, illuminating the room.

Or try moving away from your body, that sometimes helps.

Or just will yourself into a scene where you can see.

Anything you like, really!

I had a similar problem in some dreams. I performed starting off in some enviromental conditions but sudenly my sight got blurred and the air went thicker so it got so difficult to move in it.

I read, after it, that when the astral body passes from one level to other (the astral plane is supposed to have many differente layers) the motor capabilities change, so the sight.

It was said to relax yourself and let your body complete the transition. Anyway some kind of autosuggestion should be helpfull also.

i read to command "full clarity now" after moving as far away from your body as you can over and over untill you get better vision

the reason you see nothing.. is because you are asleep during the day (your awareness that is).. awake during the day, and you will awake during the night.  I believe it is due to your concious level.

you can also try to willfully open your eyes as you would any other part of your projected double. Feel as if your eyelids are moving open.
